01How does FD Collectors Club work?
Each month, we send you authentic challenge coins and embroidered patches from firehouses around the country. Standard members receive 1 coin + 1 patch, while VIP members receive 2 coins + 2 patches plus access to our exclusive Secret Shop.
02When will my subscription ship?
Subscriptions ship monthly around the 15th of each month. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. First-time subscribers typically receive their first box within 2-3 weeks of signing up.
03What's the difference between Standard and VIP membership?
Standard members receive 1 coin and 1 patch per month with free US shipping. VIP members get double the collectibles (2 coins + 2 patches), priority shipping, first access to limited drops, and exclusive access to our Secret Shop where rare items are available.
04Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. Simply log into your account and manage your subscription settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
05What is the Secret Shop?
The Secret Shop is an exclusive marketplace available only to VIP Annual Prepay members. It features limited-edition coins, patches, and gear that aren't available anywhere else. New items drop regularly, and quantities are extremely limited.
06Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. US shipping is free for all members. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
07Are the coins and patches authentic?
Absolutely. Every coin and patch in our collection comes directly from real firehouses across the United States. Each item includes a collector card with the history and story behind that particular firehouse.
08Can I purchase individual coins or patches?
Our monthly subscription boxes are the primary way to collect our items. However, VIP Annual Prepay members can access the Secret Shop where limited quantities of past drops and exclusive items are occasionally available for individual purchase.
09What if I'm not satisfied with my subscription?
We stand behind the quality of our collectibles. If you're not completely satisfied with your subscription, contact our support team within 30 days and we'll make it right. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
10How do I upgrade from Standard to VIP?
You can upgrade your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting the VIP plan. You'll immediately gain access to VIP benefits including the Secret Shop, priority shipping, and double the monthly collectibles.
